11 rules for ethical behavior on the playing field.

Accept all instructions and decisions of your coaches, trainers and the referees.

Treat your opponents with the same respect you expect from them, in victory as in defeat.

Avoid anything that could harm your team or club.

Maintain a friendly relationship with officials and helpers – remember that without them, you would not be able to practice your sport.

Follow the principles of fair play not only on the field, but also before and after the competition.

Avoid the use of strong language, whether directed at opponents, teammates, referees or spectators.

Take care of the place where you practice your sport and the equipment you use.

Refrain from alcohol, tobacco and any kind of drugs – including doping – on and off the sports field.

If you notice that your team mates or relatives are behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner, reprimand them.

Respect other opinions, choose justice, support the weaker and also rejoice in the success of others.

Treat all players, officials and spectators with the same respect, no matter what country or culture they come from - or what social background they have.
