Our Rules
11 rules for ethical behavior on the playing field.
Follow all instructions and decisions from your coaches, trainers, and referees.
Treat your opponents with the same respect you expect from them, whether you win or lose.
Avoid anything that could harm your team or club.
Maintain a friendly relationship with officials and volunteers—remember that without them, you wouldn't be able to play your sport.
Follow the principles of fair play not only on the field, but also before and after the competition.
Avoid using strong language, whether directed at opponents, teammates, referees, or spectators.
Take care of the place where you play your sport and the equipment you use.
Refrain from alcohol, tobacco, and any kind of drugs—including performance-enhancing drugs—both on and off the field.
If you notice that your teammates or relatives are behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner, reprimand them.
Respect other people's opinions, choose justice, support those who are weaker, and also rejoice in the success of others.
Treat all players, officials, and spectators with the same respect, no matter what country or culture they come from—or what social background they have.
