United for Ethics in Sport is a social network dedicated to fostering an ethical, open, and connected world of sports—for professional and amateur athletes alike.

Our Objectives.

  • To provide a platform for the promotion and defense of ethical approaches to sports and business.

  • Facilitate global dialogue and foster cooperation among the private sector, academia, government agencies, international organizations, the media, spiritual and secular communities, and all other stakeholders, with the ultimate goal of promoting decency, maximizing human values, and building broader public trust in sports and business.

  • Gain the broadest possible support for trends, initiatives, and projects that would encourage or strengthen ethical and/or spiritual motivations, practices, norms, and goals in the worlds of sports and business.

  • Organizing the International Leadership Symposium on Ethics in Sports and Ethics in Business.

Our Activities.

  • Regularly hold the International Leadership Symposium on Ethics in Sports & Business, as well as other relevant public forums and conferences.

  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and workshops—including leadership seminars and summits—for the benefit of relevant stakeholders, such as the World Youth Forum for young leaders.

  • Publicly recognize and award prizes to outstanding individuals and companies for their exemplary work and service.

  • Raise funds and build resources to support the mission and objectives.

  • Cooperate and work closely with the International Association for Human Values to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Rajita is a humanitarian, an educator, a writer, a leadership coach, and a global leader. She is the President of the World Forum for Ethics in Business and serves on the boards of several nongovernmental organizations at both the national and international levels in India.

, Co-Founder of the World Forum for Ethics in Sports

Peter Marti is the Creative Director and owner of Marti Communications AG and Digismart AG. Both companies operate globally in the field of digital solutions (e-shops, platforms, social media, online). The companies are based in Zurich, Switzerland. They were founded in 1984 and 2012, respectively. He co-founded the World Forum for Ethics in Sports in 2014.

Christoph has more than 15 years of management experience and has held positions such as CEO, board member, and managing director at various business organizations and NGOs. He currently serves as CEO of TLEX Europe and managing director of the World Forum for Ethics in Business.

Joseph Blatter
, Former President of FIFA

Joseph "Sepp" Blatter is a Swiss soccer official. Blatter first served as FIFA's general secretary until he was elected FIFA president in 1998, a position he held until 2016. Blatter contributed to the globalization of soccer. He established the FIFA Ethics Committee. Under his leadership, FIFA hosted the first World Summit on Ethics and Leadership in Sports.

Inge Andersen
Former secretary-general of the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports

Mr. Andersen was born in Bergen, Norway. He coached the Swiss national cross-country skiing team from 1994 to 1996. Later, he was hired by the Norwegian Ski Association to coach and manage the women’s national cross-country skiing team. In 2004, he was appointed secretary general of the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports.

Kevin Young
, Olympic champion and former world record holder in the 400-meter hurdles

Kevin Young was born on September 16, 1966, in Los Angeles, California. He became one of the most outstanding 400-meter hurdlers in the history of track and field, winning the gold medal at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona and setting a world record of 46.78 seconds. Kevin Young holds a B.S. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in Sports Ethics and Integrity from KU Leuven. He is widely recognized not only for his athletic achievements but also for his innovative hurdling technique and his lasting influence on the sport.
